Chelsea Place On The Park - This cute and spacious newly renovated one bedroom first floor apartment is located right on Margaret Hance Park in downtown Phoenix. It has incredible views of the park, shared interior courtyard that is fenced and secure, and a carport in the back for parking. Walk to restaurants and shops. Phoenix Theatre Company, Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum, Burton Bar Library, light rail, a wonderful dog park and more are just steps away. Stay in the heart of it all.

1. TV and Entertainment:
• The apartment does not have traditional cable TV, but guests can access live cable channels through a "YouTube TV" subscription.
• Guests are instructed to click on the home app on the TV to access all the available channels.

2. Parking:
• Free street parking is available in front of the building.
• There's also a carport in the back alley, and it operates on a first-come, first-serve basis for guests.

Check in process less then perfect.

After supposedly getting the last minute rental agreement to sign. Again never received for docusign. Was given a code to get in the front door. Did not work had to reach out to management standing at the door with luggage to get the second code. I liked the location. Outside self closing door could use some work. Very loud and slambs shut. Inside the unit very clean.

Fit My Needs

Hi! This was my first time staying someplace that had a third party group instead of a direct personal connection to the residence. I had mixed feelings initially when I arrived. The code to my location was partially incorrect, and for my first solo trip that didn’t sit very well. Over the course of my stay I felt more comfortable, especially being able to sit outside on the patio and watch Netflix after my long conference days. It was mostly clean except for some spots on the bed that didn’t sit super well with me. If I were coming back to Phoenix I would likely book here again since the distance to and from downtown was reasonable and walkable. The price and location are very hard to beat. And having access to do laundry and the patio also added to my comfort.

Accommodating Weekend!

We greatly appreciate how easy you made the weekend for us with our stay! The location is fantastic and very clean and cozy! Only trouble was first code given for entry was incorrect. Had to call and get correct door code. Aside that, even the little things like the shampoo and body wash were great! :P Thank you again for the amazing stay!

Chelsea place stay

We definitely loved the location and the place Very cute set up and super convenient to and from airport close to downtown Phoenix as well. However the only downfall we had was that there was dog hair all over the bed and floor when we checked in so we did have to wash the sheets before sleeping in it and use a dust pan to sweep up whatever dog hair was around the house on the floor.

Good location but not so great inside

The location of this rental was great since it was close to downtown and a lot of great restaurants. The rental itself was incredibly dusty when we arrived, which made the stay uncomfortable. We had to dust the ceiling fans and other areas ourselves to try and make our stay slightly better. Additionally, the air conditioning was turned off when we arrived and the until was well over 90 degrees. It took some time before it was cool enough to be inside. Because of these two things, it seemed line no one had been at the property for quite some time.

would have gotten 5 stars but i was unable to get in touch with the host the whole stay. i had to wait for another guest to open the gate and if it wasn’t for them i would have never figured out the code to get in the house . check in time was after 4. i didn’t get into the house till about 830.

The property was well maintained and the apartment was clean. We had everything we needed and the communication with the property manager was fantastic. Cute neighborhood within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and night life. Easy access to the light rail was a real convenience. We would definitely book again when traveling to Phoenix. The photos and description are exactly what you get.

Perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Chelsea Place. It is centrally located and an easy walk or Lyft ride to all of the downtown hot spots. The house itself is perfect for two, the bed is very comfortable and the room is cozy. It does face the front road, so light sleepers might benefit from some ear plugs.

Great Location & Nice Home

This was a great location! I used to live in another historic neighborhood adjacent to Roosevelt. This was my first return to Phoenix after moving away 15 years ago. This location allowed us to walk to my old stomping grounds and even unexpectedly meet up with some of my old neighbors. Parking was easy. The park was awesome for our 4 legged traveling companions. We did not have the time to enjoy the Heard Museum or the vibrant downtown area but at this location that all would be easy! The bed & bedding could have been a bit more comfy but other than that it was a great place!

Chealsea’s Place is located in a prime location, it’s closed enough to Grand Canyon University and also there is a lot of bars and restaurants available at walkable distance. Neighborhood was pretty safe. I would definitely stay there again.
