The Space:
All of our 1bd no pets units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure building entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

Other Things to Note:
Fine Print: We accept one pet maximum 30 lb weight limit in Pets Allowed units only. Second pet allowable under most circumstances if pet is mature and trained under 30lbs. No cats allowed please. We do not provide daily maid or linen service. Your room is cleaned before you check in and after you check out only. We do not provide shampoo, toothpaste, etc. We are focused on longer term stays of 5 days + but we do host for 2 day stays. Shorter term reservations can only be made within the same week of travel. Our internet speeds vary. We subscribe to Cox 1GB but there are many factors in the speed our guests will receive at any time. We provide no guarantees and do not reimburse for downtime. Please note we do have ADA accessible units and can provide them, just let us know in advance. We are 100% self check in, you will receive a code for your door 2 hours in advance of check in. Our location is 5858 W. Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ.

The area is amazing. I will not stay here again nor would I recommend it. Our floors hadn’t been cleaned there was something sticky spilled between the kitchen and “living room” the bathroom floor had things I don’t want to think about on the floor. There were holes in the walls and headboard. The pillows SUCKED. The bed however was very comfortable. The door code had to be changed a few times because it stopped working but they answered right away and gave us new codes. The kitchen is not equipped to eat in the unit. There was 1 bowl for cereal, no towels to dry dishes. There was coffee but no coffee maker. We don’t have super high standards but this was not good. The booking process was insane. It was so complicated. The people didn’t seem to care when I called to make sure I had done everything correctly. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The first unit we were assigned smelled strongly of cat urine. The floor was filthy. We were moved to another unit which had a dirty floor as well. We requested it to be cleaned and it was not. The cold-water faucet in the bathroom didn't work and the back burner on the stove didn't work. No toaster, very few utensils, and no blanket or pillows for the hide-a-bed. A couple of large dying cockroaches to top it off. Very disappointing to say the least. We will look elsewhere next time.

I want to give a good review of this place because the customer service was great and the room was extremely clean. Outside though, area did not feel safe. Main office was closed and had to call and get a text message to get code to enter building and room. Walking inside, there were many doors with trash outside the entry to room, kids yelling and weird overall. Room was ok but really clean, bed was horrible. Pool and jacuzzi were great, gym was simple nothing extravagant. While going to the gym, all I can smell was smoke, loud music from apartments and a lady clearing out her car with tons of stuff inside her car and outside of her car. Weird place, they try to make it nice but I would not go back with my family.

The place was not remodeled as shown in the pictures. I had to listen to a man verbally abuse his wife and children. I called the police and they never showed up. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever rented.

1. One of the most time consuming ways to sign up for a property. 2. I think we should have gotten our entry info in a more timely manner. Took phone calls to VRBO and the property manager to get the code. 3. In the entry the stairs were dirty. When I pulled out the sofa sleeper there was dirt and a stain on the fitted sheet. No blanket or pillows. I called and got two pillows and only a top sheet - communication barrier. chairs had crumbs on them. 4. No heat came out when we set to the heat setting. 5. I will not recommend using your service, and I doubt I will use it again.

A Nice Small Apt

The apartment was very clean except for the floor which dirtied our feet when going barefoot. The bed was quite comfortable. What we missed was kitchen utensils - there was not even one food prep knife - only 3-4 sets of table knife, fork, & spoon plus a can opener, and the toaster did not work for us.
