Well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, bedroom black out shades and drapes, in-unit washer/dryer, shaded patio, and reserved carport space. Expansive three floor Clubhouse with heated pool, and hot tub for your enjoyment. Clubhouse has exercise room, reading room, pool and ping pong tables, card game tables and large screen TV lounge area.

Come enjoy all that Fountain Hills has to offer....the Fountain Park, Golf, Crafts Festival, Hiking, Biking, Concours in the Hills Auto Show, Shopping and Dining. Short drive to Scottsdale, Mayo Clinic, and numerous MLB Spring Training Cactus League games. Close to Grocery, Gas, Starbucks, Bagel Cafe and others. No Pets. No Smoking Inside. Second floor unit require stairs. Short and longer length stays available.

The Perfect "Home-Away-From-Home!"

Lovely, well-appointed condo in a great neighborhood. It provided everything we could possibly have wanted! Immaculate and tastefully decorated. Every room felt comfortable and inviting. We arrived very late at night, and the host made the check-in process very easy. Communication from the host was wonderful--always prompt and detailed. We loved our stay and would come again in a heartbeat.

Long weekend

We were in town to visit our daughter. Fountain Hills is a beautiful community and the condo complex was great and quiet. The condo was clean with comfortable furnishings and the host was great and quick to respond to any questions. It was close to the Fountain and great restaurants. We did the Desert Belle cruise on Saguaro Lake and went to Goldfield Ghost Town and enjoyed them both.
