Charning older building

Lovely older home/apartment building in an incredibly convenient location, a half block from Roosevelt Road and easy walk to many restaurants, concert venues, grocery, Japanese Garden, shopping, etc. The studio - one main room with bed plus kitchen and bathroom - is small but adequate. The kitchen would benefit from some additional items like teapot, cutting board and main room could use a comfy chair or couch. There were a few minor things that needed to be repaired, but nothing major. Our unit was on the first floor next to the front door and stairs, so we had more neighbor noise than most, but only really noisy one evening. This is an older building, so you do hear people upstairs walking. These are all minor, and we would stay again

Great Location and Price

Overall experience was wonderful and the price was perfect. Rough Rider restaurant was within walking distance and a must. In the morning, there was a breakfast restaurant (I believe the name was Matt's) that was a must. A quick drive got me to the center of all that Phoenix has to offer. There were multiple security gates/doors to get past before you got to the door to the apartment. Made me feel extra safe. I am always a little more precautious when traveling alone. I wasn't scared, it just gave me a little me security. My only complaint is the pillows were rather flat. That is more of a preference. I had three of them, so I was able to get by.

The property is nice and the location is very convenient. Easy to get to restaurants, bars, art galleries and museums. We greatly appreciate that there is parking too. We would stay there again!

Great spot

Nice clean room with plenty of needed basics in the kitchen and bathroom! Host very easy to get a hold of if needed, location very easy to get to nearby spots on foot or pick up a scooter to head further into downtown!
