Got left at the airport. Front desk never told the shuttle to pick me up then lied about it when I finally go there. No apology just attitude and rudeness. Also have no elevators. Plan on dragging your stuff up stairs where the handrails are falling off. Old and cruddy. Never again at Hawthorne.

The hotel was pleasing but the rooms need updated. The carpet was clean but very worn and buckled up in the center of the living room. My only compliant is that it needs updated!

since I did not stay, I cannot comment. I know I am not allowed to say this but they rented out my room to some one else !

The room was dirty , and I killed a Spider and cucarch, the doors and the carpet is very dirty and smell humity , I Stay in that Hotel because my family and I arrive late , and our flight was very early . But definitivamente never recommend that hotel

Kitchen floor was flooded with water upon check in. Mix for the waffles not tasty. We had to ask for the coffee pots to be refilled during breakfast hours.

The place was obviously real nice at one point. Those pictures online are the before pics. That was then, this is now. The building maintenance was sub par, several things were obviously fixed for safety, but never finished for looks. Somethings just weren't fixed at all. They should charge less for this quality... The fire alarm for my particular building what hilariously torn off the wall and hanging, not sure how that would help in the event of a fire, but made for a funny Social Media post. The room was mostly clean, like you would clean a kids room before grandma came over, but not real clean, like you would want to sleep in yourself. The shower curtain had no liner, there were what look like nasal droppings on one of the pillows, the shower head was very broken, the kitchen sink was hanging on by a thread. There was an overall feeling that the room had needed that once a year thorough cleaning and maintenance, but had never gotten it... On the plus side, there was all sorts of free food in the lobby/dining area. Sometimes twice a day. Not always the best food, but definitely pretty good, more than expected and always edible and always free. There was also a pool that didn't look too bad. We didn't use it, but if looked clean and well maintained. So, if you want to play in a pool with an airport view in the middle of a city, they got you covered. So, i wouldn't stay here again because of the lack of cleanliness, but the food was a nice touch.

We choose this hotel so we could have two bedrooms and two baths. We got two bedrooms and two baths. The location is difficult to get to, the room was not clean with worn carpeting. The bathrooms were not very clean. I would not stay here again and would not recommend. I expect more from the Wyndham brand - very disappointing.

Booked 4 months in advance. When arriving did not have our reservation. Couldn't get us into our room for 90 minutes. No explanation. No , 'I'm sorry'. Thought we were not going to get a room at all for a while. No comp for the room even though we had previously stayed there and we were booked for 4 nights this trip. Asked for manager to call us and tried to call them ( leaving messages each time) 3 times. Won't stay there again.

Hotel is tired and does not deserve more than 3 star rating

We just needed to spend one night prior to an early morning flight. We were delighted to find an room so well equipped with dishes, coffee maker, refrigerator and stove. If you needed to stay longer it would be great to cook in the room. The beds were quite comfy, albeit the rugs needed to be replaced because of wear and tear. Parking was close to our entrance, and noise level was quite bearable, given how close to the airport we were.

Close enough to the shopping center if you want groceries for the kitchen in the room. The kitchen included enough pits/pans to prepare a decent meal. Everything was operational. Lyft was quick and convient if you need a ride.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Is an island of peace.

We stayed for 5 nights, appreciating the substantial breakfast each day, the free light supper provided on weeknights for guests (only one walkable restaurant nearby), the shuttle available for taking us to the nearby train station for trips into the city, the near-I-95 (we had a rental car and explored the countryside) and near-airport location, the good-quality pull-out sofa and stuffed chair in the room, the comfortable bed, the kitchenette, the free newspaper, and the computer in the business center. We didn't use the fitness center, but there were five good-quality treadmills and also two benches with a large array of weights. The staff were always helpful. The price was very reasonable. We would stay here again.

don't rent first floor can hear every step from upstairs unit. otherwise rooms are spacious very clean but being a airport hotel no need for suite with sunk fridge etc. very inconvenient placement for breakfast facility and limited parking

Clean comfortable room, friendly and accommodating staff. Only problem I had was the shower did not have sufficient water pressure to turn on. However the Manager immediately moved me into a new room. Problem resolved!

Old, mold was found around the sink, plumbing was old and noisy all night from other guests.

The tub was bubbling up dirty water and i had to be relocated in the middle of the night. The room i moved to the toilet made running water noises all night. Both rooms seemed to be infested with crickets. I found dead ones on the floor and i stepped on one. The staff was nice but didn't make up for the awful room. I deserve some kind of refund.

Staff is rude, room is dated, mouse poop on pull out couch and I think the bed may have had bed bugs. I had high hopes for this place, but left extremely disappointed.

Paula at the front desk provided thoughtful and courteous service, and the young man who drove the shuttle was well-mannered. Because of those two people I would go both use that hotel again and refer friends to it! Thanks for the welcoming service!

don't plan on taking the shuttle
