The property was very uninviting. There was no WiFi, not enough bedding or towels for the number of guests and no tea towels. Quite a disappointing stay for a family vacation.

The location is Ok but definitely NOT CHIC! The property had not been cleaned after the previous tenants. By the look of the bathrooms they had been there a while. Bedroom floors were dirty and had rubbish on them. There was no clean linen. Previous tenants had washed the dishes but they were all left stacked on the sink. The kitchen bin still had their rubbish. There was laundry and stuff left everywhere. Television had cracked screen, although it did work. No internet as advertised. Rubbish bins were overflowing out the front and the driveway and garden has half metre weeds. Called the booking agent and sent them pictures. Expected they would send cleaners the next day but all I got was an email thanking me for sending the pictures. Given the price I wasn't expecting 5 star, but I didn't expect a place that had not been cleaned for a month. I can understand that maybe the cleaners let them down, but I don't understand why the agent did nothing after I complained. I'll be giving Roomy.Homes a wide berth in the future!

Pillows were filthy, pillow cases dirty and stained with no spare cases. Beds had one thin rug. The house was nice with good features. Just needed some new linen- pillows, towels, bed sheets and rugs. Free wifi did not work. No wifi. A few person effects of the owners about the property made it feel like we were in someones house and not accomodation. Well priced, good cheap accommodation.
