Welcome to Happy Hour! Our beach vacay rental is intended to bring a smile to your face the minute you arrive. Let’s face it, the demands of life are crazier than ever, and so getting away from it all is vital! We have made every effort to ensure that our guests have everything they need for a vacation full of precious memories!
The Skinny on Happy Hour… designed to allow ease of togetherness, the kitchen, living area and dining area are spaciously open to one another. Conveniently tucked just around the corner, you will find the laundry room, powder room, a closet and the doorway to the garage. In the garage, we have for your enjoyment, 6 adult bicycles (not the janky kind either, we dont want our guests on the side of the bike path with a flat tire or broken chain) from Frankie’s Bike Shop. You will also find beach chairs, along with an Umbrella, coolor, and several additonal items that we thought you might find useful. If you need a beach towel, they are located in the laundry room in the bin on shelf. Now that you are back inside, once you are at the top of the stairs, to your right is bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Next is the 3rd bedroom, aka the “Bunkroom” with built in, full over full beds and a smart t.v. for each bed, a nice size closet and plenty of floor space to move about. Bedroom #2 offers a spacious closet, smart t.v. and features a queen bed. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, huge closet, mini coffee station (in case you like a soft start without interaction with the rest of your crew🤣) smart t.v. and en-suite bath with 2 sinks, partially seperated from the tub and large tile shower. (one evening as everyone was getting ready to go for dinner, I realized that the bathroom could easily accomodate 3 people so we added a blind of sorts between the shower and the double vanity. Indoor/Outdoor Sunbrella curtain panels topped with a coordinating awning, create the perfect little cabana to provide the privacy needed.)
Almost forget to mention WIFI! We have Fiber Internet and although my knowledge of such would fit on a pin head, I am told it will allow all of the dependent devices and equipment do what they are suppose to do!

Prominence has curbside trash pickup bi weekly, we strongly recommend placing the garbage can out on Monday night and Thursday night pickup is Tuesday and Friday morning, times always seem to vary. Please return garbage can to garage after pick up.
*Larry is one of my best friends husbands, kinda uptight until he isnt. He will ask you for things you have never heard of. We all have that friend and we love them anyhow.
DIrectly across the road, one of 30A’s favorite spots is The Big Chill (formerly The Hub) on beautiful 30A. The BIG CHILL, an Amphitheater with live entertainment nightly throughout most of the year, a large lawn for the littles to enjoy, oodles of food options, an ice cream shop and a candy store. Don’t forget to pickup a tshirt from Live Well 30A. Steps away, you will discover a variety of specialty boutiques, from clothing, accessories, art, Frankies Bike Shop Bikes, Luke Bryans’s, Shore Thing Cigars, and more!
On the Southside, you will find an additional pool, although much smaller, every bit as beautiful. (this pool is not heated)

Happy Hour is less than a mile to the nearest beach access, with multiple beach access options located all along 30A, you are never far from your Perfect Beach! Feel free to mesage me for details of additional beach accesses or with any other questions that you may have.
FREE trolley service is offered to all Prominence guests Memorial Day through Labor Day, 9am-4pm!
