Upgraded efficiency studio condo located at Top of the Gulf. The condo is an end unit on the 3rd floor, in the front section of the resort, providing an amazing view of the beach and pool area. Our beach is not over crowded, allowing for a more space to spread out. Your stay includes daily use of the private beach chair and umbrella set up for two located on the beach, in front of the condos. The chair and umbrella rental is typically $40/day to rent. The 3rd floor provides privacy, and the complex is secure. The unit has many upgraded features, including granite in the kitchen, bath, and coffee bar. Full kitchen, one bath, and the perfect amount of space for two (just under 500 sqft total). Comfortable memory foam queen bed and large walk-in closet with hangers and shelves to storage your personal items. Kitchen equipped with all standard kitchenware. Keyless entry into unit, resort complex offers large community pool, outdoor view seating, outdoor pool and patio seating, community grills, poolside bar and grill, shuffle board and outdoor games, super sized beach chair for photos, gazebo, lounge, exercise room, coin laundry on evened floors, game room, outdoor showers, kiddie pool, and a wonderful sun deck. Beach access is directly in front of resort and pool area.

For each booking, an accidental damage insurance policy is issued (non refundable $59). In lieu of the insurance, I can collect a $250 refundable damage deposit. If you prefer the refundable damage deposit, please contact me before booking.

*****Upon arrival, there is a $20 fee paid to the HOA office for your parking/access bands. Must be paid in CASH, the HOA office is located on the second floor and open daily 8-5.*****
