Colorado trip

When we arrived we noticed that the place was not clean. I reached out and manager came and apologized. The yard had not been mowed but it was explained thete was snow last week. There was trash on 2 tables. One was a used kleenex. The management said they would waive cleaning fee but I didnt get refund. This house has potential. Has a beautiful view. But needs some tlc and it should be clean upon arrival.

Winter Stay

House and location were good. Management was very responsive. Fenced back yard for the dogs was fabulous. Hot tub was very relaxing at the end of the day. Would stay there again.

Beautiful View with all amenities!

My husband and I rented this house to go skiing and we invited our adult kids to come when they could. It was fabulous. The house had everything to feel like we were home including shampoo, shower gel, beach towels for the hot tub, humidifiers, plenty of kitchen utensils, sleds for when there is snow, toilet paper, paper towels etc..... It is 15 minutes up the hill from town and about 45 minutes to Wolf Creek but worth it!! Very relaxing and the beds were comfortable! We hope to stay there again.

Awesome Property!

Exceptional at all corners! Beds, kitchen, bath, seating areas, TV, hot tub! This place has it all. Nice and clean and remodeled. Great views!

Mountain Retreat

We loved the home. We had tons of room. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a grill on the balcony. We enjoyed the separate levels of the home, the hot tub, and all the attention to details throughout the home The view was lovely, we had dinner at the table while gazing at the mountains. It's the perfect location for close to town, hiking trails and some privacy too. It's the best rental home we've stayed in and we've stayed in a lot! We highly recommend to anyone staying in Pagosa Springs!

Family ski trip

Fantastic place. Our four kids all had a space to sleep and hang out without being directly on top of my wife and I. Good sledding nearby at Turkey springs trail head.

Great place for a family!

Family and I loved the house, great amenities and plenty of space! Clean house, great communication, very accommodating, close enough to town, kitchen and grill great for cooking if you choose and house has plenty to offer for any type of family(small kids, teenagers or adults). We went during winter and enjoyed!

Great location, beautiful home!

We had such a great time at this house! The kitchen was perfect and stocked with everything you needed! Plenty of areas for movie nights, relaxing and playing games with your family! It was about 10 to 15 minutes to downtown Pagosa and the neighborhood is Quiet, which we love!!! We would stay here again as it was very clean, exactly like the pictures and convenient to town, but away to the quiet country as well!

Snowy getaway

House was even better than pictured. My three boys loved the house too. So much to do we found ourselves not even wanting to leave at times. The place was so clean and so much thought was put into this place. The details were everything! Would stay here again and again. Even the neighbor came out and talked with us and let us borrow his amazing sled and showed us where to go to play.

Wonderful!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and our stay! First and foremost, the view you get from this house is breathtaking! The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. We loved the open floor plan, the rooms were all very clean and spacious, and we enjoyed all of the entertainment options. We have two senior pups and we’re very grateful this property is pet friendly with a large fenced in yard. Communication with the property management was seamless. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again, maybe a little longer next time.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay. We had lots of room for the six of us, warm fire, great views of the mountains. Kitchen was excellent, lots counter space, nice modern appliances. We enjoyed the hot tub and gas fireplace.

large house perfect for group

We came up for Thanksgiving weekend and stayed 3 nights with 5 adults and had a lovely time. Easy check in process and beautiful home.. we all loved the kitchen! Close enough to town but far enough away. Snowed for a full day and we enjoyed the hot tub that day! Overall great stay!

Excellent Stay

I enjoyed the home and was even pleasantly surprised by the quality of the kitchen products (as we cooked all our meals) this was a huge bonus. There was lots of little things that made an overall great stay. The view out the living room area and loft was amazing. My teens loved the game area and outdoor living space. The fenced area was perfect for our four legged family members as well. I would stay here again no problem.

Big mountain views

Beautiful property in Lake Hatcher neighborhood which offered a more secluded feeling while still being close to town. Terrific mountain views. Our pets loved the fenced in backyard. We saw deer daily outside our windows and wandering the neighborhood.

Perfect for a girlfriends getaway

The property was perfect for our weekend away at the hotsprings. Several girlfriends and I stayed at Pagosa Highlands to celebrate a birthday and the house was large enough so that everyone could spread out and have their own space and the large entertaining area was perfect to bring us all back together. We cooked all our meals in the well appointed kitchen and relaxed in the hottub. I'd definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in Pagosa with a larger group or family.

a week of hot tubbing and watching it snow

House is very nice has 4 bedrooms . A little tricky lighting gas heater . has instructions but has its own personality . Once lit the stay was a lot better , Hot tub is great . Views are great .

Loved it!

We will definitely book again through this company! 5 of us stayed here with our pups for a ski trip to wolf creek area! We loved the house and all the natural light, super clean and, it has a great kitchen for family style meals and a cozy upstairs for games. The house is in a very cute little neighborhood which is great for dog walks. We drove about 50 minutes to the mountain every day!

Our trip was fantastic, this house is a gem! Lots of room, clean and fully stocked. We had our family Thanksgiving. Both our kids are in the medical field and we couldn’t be together on Thanksgiving so we met a week before. We made a lot of memories in Pagosa Springs. Thank you for hosting us!

Relaxing get-away!
