Waterside offers unparalleled luxury having been totally refurbished & upgraded with new furnishings throughout, new bathrooms & kitchen, complete with Corian worktops, stainless steel appliances, and even a 'Fan' oven (probably the only villa with one), plus KitchenAid small appliances, Joseph Joseph Utensils and a Ninja double Air Fryer. The villa is superbly located just 15 minutes from the Disney Theme Parks, 5 minutes from the Bars & Restaurants of the 192 Resort Area & overlooking a beautiful lake.

Waterside provides lightning-fast Wi-fi (600 Mb/s) and a Playstation 4 linked to a Samsung 65” Smart TV. The Living Room boasts a SONOS Music System, a Samsung 58" 4k UHD Smart TV, Theatre Sound System and 4K Blu-Ray DVD Player.

There are 3 permanent bedrooms, a U.S. Super-King bed (6' 4" wide) with luxury en-suite, a King (5') & a Disney themed twin. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. For a great nights sleep after the Theme Parks, every bedroom has Sealy Posturepedic Pillowtop Mattresses with Duvets and Bedding from John Lewis in the UK. The Den, where the PS4 is located, has a small double (one person) sized sofa bed & built-in wardrobe.

For further enjoyment there is a beautifully fitted Games Room with a professional grade, 8' slate bed Pool Table, Foosball Table, a SONOS Music System and a 50” Smart TV.

Outside, there are fantastic views of the lake from the all important South facing pool deck, a beautiful swimming pool with LED lighting for evening swims. Luxury pool furniture helps to maximise your enjoyment of this area.
