The hotel rooms were absolutely disgusting. The walls, floors, doors, bathroom, tub were so filthy. Rust in the tub, the walls and ceilings were peeling, the wall was dirty and definitely looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was broken. The sheets were dirty, there was hair in the bed. Asked them to change it but no one ever came. The hotel was loud and full of ghetto people hooting and hollering all times of the night. Free parking but no where to park. They don’t enforce it whatsoever. The staff were not friendly.

I stayed here twice in the last year, traveling solo for business. It might be fine, if you just need a place to sleep between park visits with your family. It is certainly more affordable than staying on Disney property. But from my POV, it’s a disappointment. Without the conference center attached this would just be another generic area motel.

We have a pretty good stay with my family. We enjoy a lot. Your hotel is clean and comfortable to stay. Amenities are excellent. Front desk workers are friendly. We are looking forward to stay there again.

We only stayed for two nights. Overall, it seemed clean. The bathtub was clogged. The toiletries are not of good quality. The cleaning staff entered our room while we were sleeping within an hour after we checked in. The cleaning staff were extremely inconsiderate with the volume and noise, yelling across the hall and making loud noises. The parking was plentiful at least. I would not stay here again.

The room was terrible and dirty. There were hairs in the shower, a sticky residue on the floor, and a sticky substance on the night stand. The room was clearly not cleaned. The tv and the phone did not work in the room so we weren’t able to call and ask for assistance. We called from our cellphones and the front desk never answered. There was no fitted sheet on the bed. It has been a mess getting in touch with anyone from the front now that we left.

My daughter and I booked a trip here to celebrate her 14th birthday. After checking in and realizing we didn’t get the room with the view we were expecting I called the front desk. The clerk at the front was extremely rude stating that views are not guaranteed and all that’s guaranteed is a room with a bed. She threatened to kick us out for “aggravating her” mind you it was 11pm at night. I’ve never been treated this way in all of my years of traveling. I will never stay at another Wyndham location. I will be escalating my experience and treatment to the highest level possible. It’s never ok to treat anyone this way. This experience ruined our entire trip.

Room ac made a lot of noise. Tub was dirty with scum stains. Bedding was clean but blankets need updating. They are old. My room was in the tower and it’s old and needs to be remodeled. Definitely not a resort.
