Lovely condo with awesome amenities

Due to the colder weather in spring, we found this condo to be perfect for the cooler days when the beach was too cold. The hot tub on the patio was a big plus, the grill, heated pools, workout room and the beautiful large condo made the stay very fun.

Christmas getaway

We very much enjoyed our post Christmas stay at this property! It had everything you could want in a condo. It was quiet, perfectly cleaned, comfortable beds, huge balcony with a hot tub and grill. We stayed with 8 members of our family and never once did we feel like we were overcrowded. I would absolutely recommend this place to any of my friends. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Thanksgiving at the beach!

This place was great! My family and I always love staying at the Turquoise. This unit was very nice and was equipped with everything we needed to have Thanksgiving at the beach. The living room fireplace was great to have on those cooler nights. The hot tub on the balcony is always a plus. Check in/check out was very easy!! Overall we loved it!!

Needed relaxation!

This is my and family and my first time staying at Turquoise Place and it did not disappoint. The property was very clean, check-in process was a breeze, and the condo itself was as described. In the past places we have visited were over crowded and the majority of the amenities were closed, not for this property. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating which made our visit even better. We will definitely be staying here again.

The Turquoise Place

Had a great week at the beach! The condo was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Really enjoyed the gas grill. My husband loves to grill. Had a few issues but all resolved in a timely matter. The only negative was the dust found on some of the furniture and the stove vent needed some cleaning. Really be nice to have towrel racks. The beach was very clean. We had great weather! I would probably stay again.

We were very happy with the property after the first three days. There were a few issues that needed attending to and Pricket Properties resolved them all to our satisfaction. The condo is very nice. The mattress in the master was so comfortable. We really enjoyed our six week stay.

Great condo and complex

Beautiful condo and property with great amenities. Can’t beat the location in orange beach. Close to everything including all the best restaurants. Condo was very comfortable and well equipped including cooking equipment. Traveled with two little ones that had a blast in the condo, lazy river, and pool. Views were great as well. Hope to stay again!

We love the Turquoise. High end property but usually reasonable rates. Lots of parking and elevators! Multiple pools and lazy River. Great location. 2 things to know…. Lazy River isn’t heated so early season don’t advertise to the kids. The beachside bar and grill closes at 5pm in the spring so plan accordingly. We come to OBA twice a year and always seek this property

Very nice condo, needs some maintenance

The condo was very nice and spacious with plenty of amenities for all our cooking/cleaning needs. The walls were pretty scuffed up in the hallways and in the master bathroom. Stains on the rug in the living room. The hot water in the master bathroom shower only got lukewarm at best. The other showers and sink provided hot water. The ice maker in the bar never filled up with ice. It only made a very small amount. The condo was very clean, hot tub was great, and we loved having our own grill. Other than a few touch ups and maintenance needed it was a great place to stay and we’d love to visit again in the future.
