At Bear Point House, you'll find all you need right in the neighborhood! As you walk in from the east deck, you're greeted by an open floor plan that includes a cozy living room with comfortable recliners and a sofa, a dining room with seating for six, and additional bar seating. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up the catch of the day or bring back some southern fare from OSO Restaurant, which is just a block away.

The main level also features the primary bedroom, which includes a king bed, a private west-facing deck, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Off the master bathroom, you'll find a dressing area, a walk-in closet, and a stack washer and dryer for your convenience.

Heading up to the second floor, your guests will have two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One of the guest bedrooms even has a private deck, perfect for morning coffee and quiet reflection. Additionally, there is a sleeper twin chair in the west guest bedroom.

For extra guest accommodations, the living room sofa converts to a sleeper. All the TVs in the house are smart TVs with Wi-Fi streaming.

With peaceful scenery all around, take time to enjoy the other perks of Bear Point House. Outdoor seating is available on both the decks and under the home, perfect for outdoor dining and socializing. You're just a short distance from the beach, boating, fishing, shopping, restaurants, and the endless entertainment that Alabama's Gulf Coast has to offer!

Be sure to stop by The Ship Store for drinks, supplies, food, souvenirs, and a chance to meet some locals. You can sit on the decks and listen to live music during certain seasons at the OSO TIKI bar. The neighborhood is quiet, with plenty of people riding bikes and walking, and the bay views are always spectacular. The sunsets put on a show like no other.

There are two public boat ramps within 10 minutes of the property, although the Bear Point boat ramp is specific to owners. Public beaches are just a 10-20 minute drive away, and Gulf Shores boasts a renowned fishing pier! One of the highlights of the bay area is the frequent sighting of dolphins. Watch the sailboats and personal boats in the peaceful, quiet, and laid-back neighborhood of Bear Point. No matter the season, your visit will be warm and welcoming.

Bear Point is approximately a 12-minute drive to the nearest public beach and is near the Orange Beach Recreation Center (2.8 miles away), which offers a pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a fitness center with classes for a small daily fee.
At Bear Point Marina, you can rent a boat slip, jet skis, or pontoon boats. Be sure to contact The Ship Store before your arrival for availability.

You can also book a Dolphin tour, Fishing Charter, or Sunset or Pirate Cruises. This property is all about location, and good times await!

Important Details:

*Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
*A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
*This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.

Small dogs (25 lbs. max) are welcome, but they must be approved by management when booking. There is a 2-dog limit, and a non-refundable pet fee per dog applies. A pet waiver signature will be required. Orange Beach has a strict leash law.
