The first picture on the property listing is not of the house. Reached out to the owner about my concerns when we checked in about how dirty the house was and just received an argument. Then reached out because the king bed had no support so the minute you laid in it, it would fall in.

This property was double booked. We booked it a month prior, but someone else was allowed to book the same day as our check in. We were without a house for the night. Took multiple times to get the owner on the phone to see why we hadn’t received the access information. Also sat on hot with VRBO chat for an hour to see how to correct the situation. No help there either.
