If you love bikes come and try this place as we provide 2 super-high performance beach cruisers for your commuting needs. The neighborhood is super pedestrian friendly and UBER is always nearby. An Streetcar stop is located a block away and will take you to any downtown appointment and to the museums, the Civic Center, Arena, and Convention Center.
Includes a queen bed with a 5* quality Temper-Pedic mattress and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking available. Coin-op laundry in the basement. Free use of 2 bikes. A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.
There is a strict no smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of $200, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including bed, rugs, chairs, sofa.

GREAT PLACE except the bed😔

Very clean and host show’s special attention to small details for guest which is appreciated. When I say clean I mean that I literally saw the cleaning crew dusting each leaf on every plant while we were there in the hallway. This place is exceptional clean. However, there was one draw back unfortunately that would need to be considered. The bed is fine to be slept in by one person but when two are in it you roll to center together. So if you don’t mind sleeping on couch while spouse/partner sleeps in the bed this is a great place regarding everything else.

Perfect Midtown spot!

We loved that we were walking distance to so many things!!!!! Shops, restaurants, cafes, breweries, special events, etc!!!! Kitchen stocked with some yummy goodies and we loved the sitting area to chat and to read.

Beautiful space

Perfect space for what I needed. Beautiful and peaceful. I'm a night shift nurse & this place was surprisingly quiet during the day & night as well. Not far from anything you would need. Check in/check out was simple and easy.
