With a lakefront location offering a safe, shallow swimming spot, we think you’ll be spending most of your time in or on the water, but there’s also plenty to keep you occupied nearby, such as the Okere Falls Park and Hamurana Springs. And, if the need arises for some modern convenience, you’re just 25-30 minutes from Rotorua and Papamoa for restaurants, cafes and shops.

However, guests are welcome to bring their own water if they prefer.As the property has unfenced access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children and pets while outside to ensure they are safe around water.The depth of the water at the boat ramp is dependent on lake levels and may not always be suitable to launch a boat.
