Enjoy your stay in this beautiful end-unit condo located on the top floor of an oceanside complex. You'll be just 100 feet from the beach as well as numerous amusements and shopping opportunities. In-suite amenities include wood laminate flooring, free WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen to help you prepare your favorite meals, plus barstool seating and a kitchen table that will seat four. The balcony provides a space to sip your favorite cocktails, and the property is only a short distance from the beach and there is an outside shower for guests to use. The suite also has cable and free WiFi.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Property was not up to par. The bathroom was dirty and the general cleaning was only done. The sheets on the bed was uncomfortable. The refrigerator did not work. Called and texted to get some help and was given instructions to check electrical box. We paid a fee to stay and enjoy our vacation, not to do maintenance. We left the next day. There is an $81 fee for 24/7 support but no one did anything. We stayed only one night.

Only complaint too late of a check in time. There is no place to hang out, use bathroom when you travel long distance. Would pay extra for the option for early check-in. Thanks
