An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries! Nice place to stay, parking can be frustrating if your spot isn't open.

The property and location were nice. Check in and parking were a but frustrating. When we checked in we had nowhere to park because the cleaning people were in our spot which caused an argument with another renter as we were in their spot while I tried to get our parking situation resolved. Also while we were out to eat, we came back to find an AC repair man parked in.out spot. Employees or repairmen should have a seperate place to park or park in the spot for the place they are servicing. They should be out before we are told we can check in. The whole parking situation made a bad start to our vacation. Especially when the only thing the person checking us in said is "well I don't know what to tell you or what to do".
