Everything about our stay was awesome. Jason was so kind and provide us with suggestion on where to eat. etc.. The cleanliness of the condo was top notch and the location is perfect. The view from the condo is breathtaking and waking up every morning to see the ocean is so peaceful. I will definitely stay there again and I have already referred it to all of my family and friends. Thank you again Jason for everything

The beach view and the sound of the waves were absolutely amazing. I’ve never had a host so attentive and easy to communicate with. The cleanliness and fresh air were perfect for the allergy sufferers in our family. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it.

last minute trip with friends turned out perfect. condo location was great, loved sitting on the deck watching the ocean. condo was clean and recently updated. Jason was on top of everything and very responsive to any questions. would definitely stay again!

Stay at the beach

Condo and property location was excellent! Listed with indoor pool that looked amazing in photos but is closed for construction currently. The closed pool wasn’t communicated so make sure to ask if this is important. Overall, great place! We would return.

A breath of fresh salty air

Wonderful place! Clean place with climate just right. The only bummer was no onsite pool. Was under Reno or something. Owners offered pool at another site as alternative but did not need to.

An Exceptionally Pleasant Stay

Our stay was excellent. The complex is right on the beach and the view of the ocean is breathtaking (we even saw a large pod of dolphins). This unit, in particular, is especially cozy: the beds and chairs (even in the dining room) are comfortable, the kitchen has been conveniently set up with all the appliances, chinaware and utensils that we need and the television systems are more than ample. Jason and Melissa were also very attentive and responsive.

Lovely Winter Weekend at the Beach

Great location with beautiful views of the ocean and bay. Can't beat the location with access to the grocery store and restaurants (we especially enjoyed Liquid Assets for lunch). The condo had all the comforts of home - would definitely stay again!

Jason was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We loved this property as it was very warm, inviting, had great views and amenities. The location was great and accessible to many restaurants and stores. We had a great stay and would certainly stay here again. Thank you Jason!

Freshly renovated, the unit was the most contemporary and perfect place we’ve ever stayed in OC. Everything was state of the art and the personal service and responsiveness could not have been better.

Beautiful beachfront condo

The owners have taken a lot of pride in their condo. One of the best places I've stayed in OC. Everything in the condo is up to date and nice quality. The owners strive to give their renters a very clean environment to stay in. Jason was great with communicating with me about the condo being ready and answered the phone right away when I called about an issue with the electronic door lock.There is nothing more relaxing then hearing the sound of the ocean waves crashing on the beach and you definitely get that here.I definitely want to come back and stay at this condo again. Thank you Jason and family for the opportunity to stay in your condo.

Beautiful location with gorgeous view! Condo is nice, but was not very clean. Also, my questions were not answered promptly and some not at all. The owner/manager is not very responsive and I believe just sends out pre-made texts. No washcloths for bath or kitchen and that was not clear at all in the listing. I asked about a late (noon) checkout and he told me he thought that would be fine, yet the cleaning crew was at the door at 9:50 am. I think the owner would do better to hire a management company instead of trying to do it himself.
