This is a decent place to stay. Very walkable. Condo is a nice size! Plenty of room for 2 families of 3. Had a plumbing issue and the staff addressed it very quickly! Would stay here again.

The proximity to beach was great, but info given online is inaccurate. The kitchen was not fully stocked with kitchenware given the size of the suite. There were bath towels despite the amenities saying they were not provided. Also, there was no broom to clean up the sand despite the entire suite being tiled. Air conditioning was good!

This was our second time staying here. The location is great 1 block to the beach and board walk, nice views . I think they need to update the interior of the condo a little. There are no TV's in the bedrooms, the furniture is old and outdated.

Location good, close to beach. Parking off street was free but tight spaces, needed to bring smaller car. Condo was big, plenty of space. But not the most clean. Dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. But the worse part was the lack of living room furniture. Not enough space for whole family to sit. And very uncomfortable. And no tv in bedrooms. Strongly recommend new living room furniture and tv in bedrooms.

The property was great for our group size. But for a condo, things like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a dishwasher cloth and a hand towel were not there. The property had 0 decor and was not very clean. There was a pile of dirty laundry outside our door upon arrival that remained there for our entire stay.

This place was spacious but not cleaned completely upon arrival. There were dirty towels in the washer and all the dishes needed wash before use. Additionally the place was for 12 guests and you only get one parking pass at the location. I am not sure why that is the case considering 12 people are not going to fit in one car to travel to the location. I think the property needs to issue more passes for the larger properties.
