Overall I liked the property, the location, and the staff. The room was clean and we had great cleaning service. The front desk people were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was well priced and had good continental options. The things I didn’t like were our toilet wasn’t cleaned when we arrived which was kind of disgusting, the elevators TRULY TAKE FOREVER to get there and are probably on their last breath of life, parking is okay but limited in the building you stay in, and finally, the pool was clean but the walls of the pool were brown.

I had a partial ocean view room. That was great. I could see a lot of the ocean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. They need to do a thorough cleaning of the sink. It was grimy around the rim. Not sure what the white stuff was on the shower drain, but it doesn't look clean. Staff was great though.

Love Hyatt but did not like that they charged 10 dollars per night parking fees when there is no other parking on the area . Also air conditioning in the room sounded like jet plane landing every time it goes on and off. House keeping and staff were wonderful.

Great location right on the boardwalk. Everything about the hotel was good. Just an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom sink. It was a trickle throughout our 6-night stay. Maintenance was called. Couldn’t fix it. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The reason for my poor rating is the hidden fees. Cost $10 a night to simply park my car. Not discount offered if I park offsite. Heard oet owners say that the cost was more than advertized!!

They charge you for parking and there are only about 30 parking spaces. I was never able to park in the parking garage. I parked on the street each day. I was issued a handicap accessible room which was an inconvenience for my family and I. They were unable to accommodate any changes. My rep tried contacting them several times on 2 different days and no one was available to take the call. Rooms are a little outdated which is why they may be building a new location. Pool was nice, breakfast was good
