The Space:

Pacific light fills the condo each morning as the breeze off the ocean drifts through the space, carrying that easy coastal rhythm that Nuevo Vallarta delivers year-round. The sand is just steps away, the shared pool catches the afternoon sun, and there is genuinely nowhere you need to be. Time here tends to slow down in the best possible way.



This entire two-bedroom condo at Aria Ocean accommodates up to four guests across three beds and two full bathrooms. A single-level layout and elevator access make moving through the building effortless, and the space has been cleaned thoroughly before your arrival so you can settle in from the moment you walk through the door.



Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms are set up for restful nights, with cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and closet storage. A paid crib is available for guests traveling with infants, and a Pack 'n Play travel crib is also on hand.



Living spaces

Central air conditioning keeps the interior cool against the tropical heat, while natural light moves through the living areas. A dedicated workspace with a door, Smart TVs, and reliable wifi mean that downtime - or the occasional remote work session - is well covered.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking during your stay, with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. Dishes, silverware, and a dining table complete the setup for shared meals. Please note that basic kitchen utensils are provided as tools only - oil, salt, pepper, and similar supplies are not included.



Outdoor living & shared amenities

Your private patio or balcony comes with outdoor furniture and a hammock - a natural spot for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. The shared outdoor areas include a pool with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill. Beach essentials (beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear), bikes, and a kayak are available for guests. The property sits waterfront with shared beach access, so the ocean is always within easy reach.



Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products. Hot water is available throughout.



Parking, access & services

Free parking garage access and free street parking are available, subject to availability. Self check-in is handled via keypad. The free in-unit washer and dryer are available for use throughout your stay, and luggage drop-off is allowed for early arrivals or late departures. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Nuevo Vallarta is an actively developing area, and daytime construction noise may occur nearby. Due to the tropical environment, insects such as gnats may appear - fumigation is carried out before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available during your stay if needed.



Important notes & fees

The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning only - no cleaning or laundry service is included during the stay. The nightly rate covers 1 to 4 guests; additional guests beyond this generate an extra charge of approximately $15 per person per night, though total occupancy may not exceed four guests. Electricity is included up to a set kilowatt allowance determined by season and unit size, shared after booking confirmation - excess usage is charged at 5 pesos per additional kilowatt. Pets are not allowed, and no unregistered guests or visitors are permitted. Nuevo Vallarta is an actively developing area, and daytime construction noise may occur nearby. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._8_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.

Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
