Step back in time with tours of the nearby Gilded Age mansions, once home to the Astors, Vanderbilts, and other elite families. For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Narragansett Bay offers opportunities for boating, fishing, and sailing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The rooms had a nice common area that allowed other members of our party to gather in the evening. The location was great and was in easy walking distance of the beautiful downtown area and easy driving distance to the historic homes in the area. I would highly recommend this location. There are a few minor things we would have changed. We wished that the pool had not been rented out for a children's birthday party one of the afternoon's of our visit as we would have liked to enjoy the pool without listening to a bunch of screaming children hyped up on sugar and jumping in and out of the pool. Additionally, one of the scent diffusers was located in the hallway right outside our room and we found it overpowering.

The place could definitely use some updating. It was clean, but outdated. The location was excellent as well. Had it been warmer it was in a great location to walk a very walkable town. My biggest complaint was that I was asked 3 times to go to a seminar about their timeshares. I honestly didn’t realize that timeshares were rented through VRBO.

The facility is impressive. All the areas seemed perfect to me. Parking, carpets, public areas, amenities and staff. The room I had needs attention.Just need to mention there are only 2 lamps and one wall sconce and it needs more lights or more wattage. The bedroom didn’t have a mirror. The phone is just a decoration, should be taken out.

I very much resented being pressured into doing a time share presentation. The person hounded me until I signed up and then jerked me around when I wanted to back out. Very frustrating since I just rented the unit for a family visit. Also, one of the toilets was so close to the wall that you had to use it at an angle. Weird. Location was fabulous though.

Worked well for a family reunion. The units are pretty spacious and close to lots of attractions. Common spaces seemed a little dirty and smelled funky, though. A few in our group also got a hard sell to attend a time share presentation, so beware!

Our stay was excellent. We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect. The unit itself was beautiful. And the fact that it was pet friendly we loved. We did not have a pet with us, but we love seeing that there were pets at the resort.The only disappointing piece I would say was the fact that there was no icemaker anywhere in the building. Even though the refrigerator was full size, there was no ice. That was my only thing I wish that we could’ve had ice either made there in the freezer or accessible closer by I believe there’s an icemaker, but it was a whole building away. But other than that, that literally was my only complaint.
