DECK
Two levels of private deck overlooking the river and facing the sunset! Equipped with furniture to sit by the gas fireplace or have dinner and drinks while the sun sets over the Kentucky hills on the other side of the river.

MASTER SUITE
Newly updated master bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, en-suite with private bathroom that boasts a GIANT two person jacuzzi tub.

KITCHEN
Full sized kitchen perfect for cooking and fully equipped for any gathering - including serving dishes and utensils! The "perfect kitchen" with sink/fridge/oven all within steps.

BASEMENT
Semi-finished basement that is equipped for river fun (floaties/life vests) as well as yard fun (yard games, camping chairs, extra folding chairs for additional guests, folding tables)

The other half of the basement is fully equipped for evening fun! Pool table, darts, foosball table, giant cozy couch. The perfect "stay at home bar" vibes.

OUTSIDE:
Our driveway is large enough to fit up to 6 cars OR is the perfect area for gathering. We have strung lights and outdoor grill with tables and seating for grill outs with a river view.
The yard is right on the water, but has enough of a barrier with fence and bushes that it is safe for families. And it is big enough for games and fun.

RIVER:
Walk down the sloped hill off our yard or use the cement stairway to access the beach. You will see the dock (in the water & accessible June-October) as well as a mile of private beachfront to the left of our property. Feel free to go for walks, skip rocks, build a beach fire, and enjoy!

Other things to note

This home requires stairs in order to access the main floor of the home as well as the master bedroom and has a second set of stairs to access the loft, guest bedroom, and bunk room.
It also requires some uphill to walk up from the beach. Well worth the walk, but the property is not designed for groups with trouble with stairs.
