This cute and cozy 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect getaway for a weekend in the city and is also comfortable spot for an extended business trip. The apartment is located just above a garage which has its own entrance and is seperate from the main house, offering plenty of privacy. You will have to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the apartment. The unit is situated just minutes from the airport, the space is newly renovated and 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans.

There are several eateries and coffee shops in the Kenner area. A park within walking distance from the apartment and a grocery store close by if you need it! But let's be honest if you're coming to NOLA you probably won't be cooking!

Guest Rental Agreement, Security Deposit, & ID Verification Required:
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
