You'll have breathtaking views from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, wrap around balcony and bedroom suites from this fifteenth floor luxury end unit at The Pearl. Gulf front and Sound side bedroom suites have private balconies and water views. The Pearl of Navarre is a luxury high-rise condominium positioned in the heart of the small Navarre Beach Community. Overlooking the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this lovely decorated home is furnished with a relaxed elegance in mind. Gorgeous, elegant furnishings with beautiful pictures and accessories are some of the amenities of this special condominium.

Rate includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, provided by Sunset Beach Service. This condo has been renovated to provide an open, extra spacious kitchen which flows into the dining and living areas.
The Pearl offers the finest accommodations along the pristine unspoiled beaches at Navarre. Take a dip in one of the two pools (one heated) surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Relax in the Hot Tub after a work out in the fitness center which overlooks the beach. You are only steps away from restaurants, golfing, sailing, boating, fishing, diving, shopping, and everything else this beautiful beach area has to offer.
This unit has 9 foot ceilings, 65" Flat screen HDTV, Stereo, CD and DVD player. Each bedroom has stereo speakers with separate volume control, Flat Screen TV and DVD. The Master bedroom and living room open onto the wrap around balcony with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master bedroom includes a King Bed, huge Master bath with his and hers vanities, Jacuzzi, shower and walk-in closet. The Sound side bedroom suite includes a Queen bed, Jacuzzi tub & shower, separate air conditioning and has it's own balcony with a beautiful view of Santa Rosa Sound. Wonderful Labor Day weekend

Our group had an amazing time at this beautiful beach condo! It was the perfect beach spot and a great place to watch all of the college football games. The proximity to the beach and pool couldn’t have been any better! The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. We will definitely be returning in the near future!!

From the fabulous views from the terrace to the location right on the beach this place did not disappoint. The apartment is all on one level and the amenities are great. We enjoyed the beach then the pool every day. It is within walking distance of the pier where we saw many dolphins and turtles.Tge host was responsive and friendly. We’ll be back!

Since this was our first time using Vrbo we were a little nervous. We had an amazing stay at Steve Northrop’s condo and everything exceeded our expectations. He answered all of our questions promptly. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and family oriented. Amazing condo!

We loved this condo so much! We were on the 15th floor & an end unit which gave us the BEST views of both the ocean & the bay. The sunsets were breathtaking! The condo is very clean, spacious & had everything you need. I especially loved the beautiful floors! The beach umbrellas were definitely used every single day! I would highly recommend this condo! 15th floor-What a view!

Everything was clean and accessible. Kitchen is well stocked and I loved having the Keurig there. Undertow kept us out of the ocean, but the pool made up for water play. A delightful time and a great host.

Awesome condo

This condo is gorgeous and the master bedroom is absolutely phenomenal!! The bathroom is huge and the walk in closet is GREAT! I love that two of the bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs….this was a BIG plus! Overall, this condo was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!! The owner, Steve, was great to work with as well and was very accommodating!!

Our condo was very clean and had all the necessities. We were on the 15th floor with great views of the beautiful clear blue ocean. We were a short 10 minute walk to the pier that served food and drinks. A short drive over the bridge to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything needed. About a 30 minute drive to Pensacola through the dunes to dinner and outdoor music. Overall great place. We had myself (55) my wife (54) my son (26) and my daughter (21) her boyfriend (21). Everyone had a great time. We will be back!

We came down to FL for our son's wedding; which was held on Navarre Beach and was beautiful. Housekeeper, Emidio, was able to get us in a couple hours early so we could get ready and be less stressed. Thank you, Emidio! The condo was spacious and the view was expectational! The beach was not crowded. The pool/hot tub were relaxing after spending the day on the beach. The local restaurants were good. We would recommend Stripes and ate there twice. Trivia night was a lot of fun! We did have a couple of issues with the dryer and a/c, but were able to self trouble shoot the problem and get it fixed. The owner stated he would get the items fixed soon for future renters. Overall, our stay was relaxing and we hated leaving.

Family vacation

Great location, condo was very nice and had a lot of space for our whole family to get together. The kids enjoyed the pool, and very close to the beach, which was nice for taking a toddler up to nap after a morning at the beach.
