PERFECT

My friends and I had such a wonderful time. From the moment we walked into the home we immediately knew we made the right choice. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The complex is gated so we felt so safe. I could go on! 10/10 stay.

4 night stay in Nashville

On the whole we were very comfortable and enjoyed your condo. At times the train behind the building began to run around 4 AM and as late as midnight. We suggest adding signage to the closed gate in front of 612 to refer Uber and Lyft drivers to the gate that opens. We enjoyed our time in Nashville.

Great Stay

The condo was in a very close location to Broadway and everything we wanted to do, surrounding neighborhood was a little rough, but condo was very nice and clean. Would def say again and highly recommend

Vacation

We drove to Nashville for 2 nights to see Graceland. My 81 year old mom has always to see Graceland! We spent 3 nights at this great condo. Clean, quiet and only about a 5 minute drive to broadway. Would definitely recommend this location to others!

1st Trip To Nashville

We had a great time for the 5 nights in Nashville! Accommodations were lovely! We found it to be a 40 minute walk to Broadway and 5th where all the action is. We took an Uber in ($12) and we walked home and stopped for dinner along the way. Next time I would find a place a bit closer to the action and to be able to relax for a bit mid afternoon with a shorter diatance to walk. We found once we were downtown at the honky tonks we stayed there until it was time to head home. I booked this place becasue of the pool and hoping to have an opportunity to relax but we never even made it to the pool. It was all shaded in and no sunshine to catch some rays - trees covered the entire pool.

Pros: Cute & clean place. Looks just like the pictures. Updated appliances & comfortable beds. $15-$20 Uber ride to Broadway. 45 minute walk (1.8 miles) Cons: Incorrect entry code to the main door, took over an hour to contact & get the right one at our 4pm check-in time. 1 .5 rolls of TP… 4 people 4 days just isn’t enough. Lol

First friends trip

It was bigger than we expected, and very clean. We enjoyed the property, and having parking was a huge plus! It wasn’t quite as walkable as we thought, but Ubers and Lyfts abound, so it wasn’t an issue. The only qualm we had was the sleeper couch. Whoever gets stuck on that isn’t likely to sleep at all. But we didn’t mind sharing rooms so it didn’t matter. It really is a beautiful space and we had such an easy time booking and accessing everything we needed!

Friends trip

We had a great time. We liked we were close to everything but far enough away. Everything in the place was great - we really enjoyed having all of the appliances to use. One thing we would suggest is the door that leads out to the parking lot - should be a dead bolt. We were sitting in the living room and 3 times someone tried to use that door to get in the building & one actually walked right in while we were there. It was concerning after that knowing it was not a deadbolt out to the parking lot. Everything else was superb!

Clean and pretty!

A nice gated location, plenty of parking. Very new and updated. A quick 10 - 20 minute drive to downtown depending on traffic. Felt like it was a little expensive for what we paid but overall we were happy with it.
