Newly Renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath North Naples Park location. New to market and newly furnished and ready for you to enjoy the Naples Lifestyle! Enjoy a cup of coffee in the back lanai or take a dip in the heated private pool with privacy wall. Walking or biking distance to Mercato, Shops and Vanderbilt and the beaches! Home has two king beds in two bedrooms, a queen size bed in number 3 and Two Full size beds in the 4th Bedroom. Salt water pool Two Televisions - Living Room and Master Bedroom. Home has two bikes!
There is also a golf cart shuttle service from the property to the beach! Come enjoy this wonderful property!

Recently renovated

Overall our stay was great. We had a few issues, ( dryer didn’t work, Grill didn’t work, 2 toilet handles broken) as we were the first renters after recent repairs due to hurricane Ian. All issues were eventually taken care of, but there was definitely an inconvenience to us as a result. That being said, it’s a very nice, clean house in a quiet neighborhood, and is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches etc. The majority of repairs done and quality of work was great.
