Large, beautifully decorated, open floor plan condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large, enclosed lanai - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the golf course views.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen, with formal dining for six, seating at the kitchen island, as well as a table and chairs on the lanai. The newly remodeled bathrooms are clean and bright. There's covered parking, a building elevator, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Concord’s community pool/spa are situated in the center of Concord’s quarter mile loop. The community provides easy access to beaches (only 6 miles to Delnore Wiggins State Beach or Vanderbilt Beach). Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance including Italian, Thai, Chinese, pizza and sushi. Mercato is only 4 miles away while 5th Avenue is less than 10 miles.
