The location is perfect for walking or biking to the beach, popular 5th avenue and 3rd street shops and restaurants. Immediately next door is Tin City Shops with restaurants and coffee shops. The heated Pool has a spacious pool deck with lounge chairs, umbrellas and barbecue grills. The unit has been completely rebuilt with all new appliances including an in-unit washer dryer.
