Great Space - Needs Love
The spaces inside the house were great for a family vacation. Kitchen, living spaces and dining were perfect for our large group. Location was good - central to shopping and restaurants. The house itself and outside spaces are in need of updating: showers are tiny, decking was worn and provided lots of splinters and scrapes, beach access wasn’t good - difficult to get up and down the dune. The house needs some paint and love to make it a more relaxing getaway.

Property is completely misrepresented
We booked this property based on our number one request. Private beach access. Imagine our dismay when this group of 50-60 year olds arrived and realized the private walkway hasn’t been maintained in years and is completely blown over with sand. At least 8-10 feet climb over and down completely covering the walkway. It was unsafe and nearly impossible to scale. The pictures used online are from several years ago and in reality this house hasn’t been maintained or kept up in years. The grill is ready to fall apart and only one burner works. The deck boards are lifting up in several places with nails sticking up all over. We bucked up and dealt with it so we didn’t ruin our vacation, but I truly hope this review saves someone else the disappointment. This property should be taken off vrbo and village realty until it is fixed. For the price we paid, it was very, very disappointing. We have booked with vrbo before with no issues. Highly disappointed this time.

Overall the location of this property is great but it is not maintained as shown. The beach is NOT accessible as shown in the picture as the property owner has not kept up with maintenance and the sand has overtaken the entire walkway - it's a good 6' climb through sand to get to the beach. I'm attaching a picture of the current state. Come to learn that it's been this way for 2 years and the owner is aware yet continues to advertise beach access - you pay a huge premium for this and it isn't included. The owner has no credibility and clearly uses the property as a cash cow. The grill is on it's last legs and is barely useable, the windows are shot, there was black mold in the master bathroom. The property management company was responsive, unfortunately with a dead beat owner like this one they are only able to do so much. I'd recommend Village Realty drop this owner to save their reputation.
