Things got off to a bad start: I received a message saying to get a parking pass from the front desk but the front desk knew nothing about it. Turns out it was in the room. Then, the host sent us the incorrect door code so we couldn’t get in and she didn’t respond to messages for over 2 hours. Fortunately we just went out to eat while we waited but that was frustrating. Good things: the view is great, beds were comfortable, water in the room for showers was very hot but the water pressure was barely a dribble. There were very few dishes. The remote to the TV had no batteries so we had to share one remote control back and forth between rooms. Oh, and the door sticks and was very hard to open and close. All in all it served the purpose but definitely wasn’t luxury.
