Very nice hotel and kid friendly. Even breakfast was very delicious.

Great hotel on the beach, great rooms and friendly staff! Perfect location for those wanting to be near Broadway at the Beach. My wife and I visited Myrtle Beach and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room appeared to be recently updated. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was Great very clean. The ocean view was amaazing the room was very comfy and made us feel at home.

We enjoyed staying towards North Myrtle Beach. The room was not very peaceful, lots of loud outside noise could be heard at all hours. The staff was very friendly. We stayed 4 nights and our room was straightened up once. Ran out of tissues, not replaced. 8th floor club level boasted of seperate breakfast area, but we ate at the north tower, which was hard to get to and extremely small and cramped. We loved the beach area! Rented chairs/umbrella to use while we were there.

Very clean rooms, close to Broadway on the Beach. Parking is not on location but valet parking is available for $10 a day.

This was our first time staying in this hotel and thought with what we paid for it and the location, it would be a great stay... we were so disappointed! The terrible experience started as soon as we pulled up to check in. It was around 11pm on a Friday night and I was the only guest in the lobby. The parking lot was full, so I pulled over to the curb, out of the way if anyone needed to drive through. There was no one at the front desk so I had to wait for about 10 minutes for some to show. As soon as the staff came to the desk, one of the women had a HORRIBLE attitude. She just looked at me and asked if I needed something. No hello, welcome, or anything like that. I felt like an inconvenience to her night. I was the only one there so it's not like she was super busy! I told her I was there to check in and she said I would have to wait until their computers came back up and someone could log in. She then proceeded to yell and complain the the other staff about how stupid the previous shift was for shutting the computers off and said she had no time for that. It was very awkward to be standing there and hear all of this. The next morning, the free breakfast area smelled of mold and mildew. We opted for Cracker Barrel down the street instead. Awful place, horrible staff. Will not be staying here again.

The room was spacious and clean, and the view over the beach was gorgeous! I arrived a little too early for check in but the staff was gracious and friendly, and very attentive. The hotel is right on the beach front, which is perfect. It's about a 20 minute walk from the main tourist drag but there's a Starbucks and a Dunkin Donuts close by, as well as a few restaurants. The client privilege card gets you free mini-golf. :) Overall, I had a really nice stay at the Carolinian.

Was not prepared to park as far away from the hotel as I had to. I took my elderly mother to the beach for her birthday and she was very winded by the time we got to the parking garage. Not only was the walk tough on her, but the elevator in the parking garage was out of service. Had I known about the parking situation, I probably wouldn't have booked this hotel!

Our 2 bedroom apartment was more that we expected. Very roomy and comfortable with lots of privacy. House staff was very accommodative. Will be back- thank you!!!

Hotel was great ... we booked and payed online in June ...nice stay but when we arrived home they had taken an additional six hundred dollars from our debit card!! The hotel can't tell us why it happened and offered a 100 dollar gift card when we return!!! Ha... what a joke

Hotel a few years ago was great..now not so much. Bed springs were worn. Room was not cleaned one day at all. Toilet paper and coffee not refilled. Found a huge bug in the room. Not impressed and will not be staying here again.

The only complaint I have about this hotel is that multiple members of the staff couldn't understand what I was saying. I found a saltine cracker below my bed along with other crumbs so the room wasn't swept well. Overall the stay was nice and was better than most hotels I have frequented at Myrtle Beach. The bell hops were excellent at assisting with transporting our luggage which was nice. The room was also spacious and included a full kitchen and washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying at Myrtle Beach!

We were impressed with the room. Off season rates are amazing

My family and I stayed at the Carolinian Resort for a weekend. It was very comfortable however some parts of the building seemed old and outdated.

We heard a lot about the resort's in Myrtle beach. Some good and a lot bad. The stay at carolinian was excellent. The room was very clean. Service was great. Check in only took 5 minutes. The view was breathtaking. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great prime location... Bathroom wasn't clean called front desk twice and still no one came to clean..

Hotel was ok, room was very small, staff was good, will not recommend someone to stay in hotel .

good location with mediocre accommodations

We enjoyed staying towards North Myrtle Beach. The room was not very peaceful, lots of loud outside noise could be heard at all hours. The staff was very friendly. We stayed 4 nights and our room was straightened up once. Ran out of tissues, not replaced. 8th floor club level boasted of seperate breakfast area, but we ate at the north tower, which was hard to get to and extremely small and cramped. We loved the beach area! Rented chairs/umbrella to use while we were there.

The room was spacious and clean, and the view over the beach was gorgeous! I arrived a little too early for check in but the staff was gracious and friendly, and very attentive. The hotel is right on the beach front, which is perfect. It's about a 20 minute walk from the main tourist drag but there's a Starbucks and a Dunkin Donuts close by, as well as a few restaurants. nice hotel but parking was not good

Was not prepared to park as far away from the hotel as I had to. I took my elderly mother to the beach for her birthday and she was very winded by the time we got to the parking garage. Not only was the walk tough on her, but the elevator in the parking garage was out of service. Had I known about the parking situation, I probably wouldn't have booked this hotel!
