**New listing spring 2022** Rise and shine at our beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom modernized cottage located in the heart of Pender Harbour on the Sunshine Coast. The property sites on an acre of land located right off the sunshine coast highway. Get out of the city, throw some slippers on and have a glass of wine as you enjoy beautiful sunsets on the patio or join friends and or family around the dinner table for a game of poker.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Memorable Madeira Park BC

Comfortable, well-stocked cabin for four, with beautiful views. It was close to the Madeira Park Marina where many of our activities were centered. Two of our family members have allergies, and we had to air out the cabin and do some cleaning when we got there. It was very dusty in the bedrooms. Shades or blinds on the bedroom windows would have been appreciated.

A few small tweaks and could be a 5 star rental

Consider curtains for the bedroom windows. There is a sheer blind but does not provide privacy or block the early rising sun. This would make sleep at this home much better. The home was nice and clean, except the bedding!!! The upstairs bed had what appeared to be small bloody nose type stains on the sheet and duvet. Just to make sure it was a stain and not something recent, we washed them before using. All the "stains" came out with an easy wash which told us the bedding had not been laundered. So we washed all bedding in the home before using. The washer was broken. We reported it to the owner who had learned this news already from the house cleaner. No attempts to fix it were made while we were there so this was a pain to take dripping wet clothes (and the bedding) out of the washer and try to line dry them before they could go in the dryer. We were looking for a pet friendly rental and chose this one specifically for that reason. To then get instructions after booking that pets are welcome, so long as they don't come inside?, and there is no fenced yard was pretty surprising. We ignored this rule based on how it was advertised and fortunately were not hassled by the owner while there. To say pet friendly except inside means that every home would be pet friendly. Comfortable home in a location that worked for us. Nice views. Great for friend/family stays but needs a little more attention to be a great rental home.

Great base for exploring the Sunshine Coast

A comfortable and lovely cabin right off the Sunshine Coast Highway! We were there in summer, but never needed to turn on the AC, as the forest shade kept the house cool enough. Slept well and had plenty of space for our party of four (two teens and two parents). Prompt and friendly communication with host throughout. Went on many mini trips to other spots on the Sunshine Coast - very good central location! Thanks so much.

Nice short stay

The place has been renovated beautifully but it is not clean. The highway noise is very loud during the day but is quieter in the evening and the sunset view is lovely. The whole house needs a good cleaning, especially the kitchen and fridge.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The space looks exactly like the photos - modern, minimalist and extremely cozy. The home was very clean and well kept and the beds were very comfy. Communication with the host was excellent and very prompt. We would love to stay here again!

Bel emplacement

Cabine bien située, Madeira Park est tout près avec restos et service et plusieurs randos et plages. Par contre vieille cabine mais rénovée sommairement, et vraiment malpropre (plancher, salle de bain et cuisine), selon l’hôte qui répond rapidement c’est un problème avec l’équipe de ménage. Qui n’est jamais arrivé et il a été gentil de me rembourser les frais de ménage.
