Mediterranea 504B Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey This fifth floor Destin condo is so well put together you’ll enjoy every minute you spend here! As you relax on one of the three private balconies this Destin vacation rental enjoys you’ll be able to take in the most beautiful views of the immaculate green lawn, the spacious pool deck and above all the rolling waves of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico across the street. A fully stocked kitchen with granite counters that connects to the dining room and living room all open up to one of the balconies and the two largest rooms have their own private balcony for two. Mediterranea rests right across the street from 497 ft of unobstructed and deeded beach access all for the enjoyment of Mediterranea’s fortunate guests. The happy temporary residents of this Destin beach condo will also enjoy underground parking, tennis courts, a fitness center and a clubhouse. Plus, the pool deck and hot tub are at the center of the beautiful green lawn and attractive tropical landscaping which will make for hours of sunny bliss by the pool or playing Frisbee on the lawn. During Spring Break and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. All other times there is a 3 night minimum. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Condo was wonderful but won't return to Mediterranea!

The condo and furnishings were exactly as pictured. Very spacious and clean with great ocean views, and lots of space to store luggage and hang clothes. However, during our entire stay, there were 2 full-time residents living at Mediterranea who harassed both kids and adults in the pool area each night beginning about 9:00pm. Both men seemed resentful of weekly renters being there and they patrolled the pool area each night using foul language and behaving menacingly toward several guests (including kids). They called security several times the week we were there and were a dark spot on our and many other families' vacation. A few families told us one of the men did the exact same thing to them last year. We love Destin, but won't rent at Mediterranea again solely due to the full time residents living there.

Perfect location, well equipped condo

We stayed in this condo last year and once again, we were not disappointed. The décor is awesome. There is plenty of room to have several over to gather. Bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious. Highly recommend this condo as well as the resort to anyone/family of any age.
