From the private pool and spa to the private theater, you'll be living the life of luxury. The first floor is home to the main living space. In the living room, three leather sofas look onto the private pool and afford sweeping views of the gulf. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a five-top gas range stove, a double convection oven, and white marble countertops. Bring the family together for dinner in the dining room table that seats ten. Rounding out the first floor is a king bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private balcony access to the pool, and remarkable bathroom that comes complete with a standalone shower and bidet.

Make your way up the jaw-dropping spiral staircase and find two more king bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and balcony access. A bar is located in the hallway and has a mini fridge, sink, and microwave oven for convenience. Also located on this floor is a bunk bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk with twin trundle bed and large flat-screen TV.
