NEW Listing - Design District/Wynwood/Mid-town entire home
This is my home where I have lived for 7 years. I leave town for once in a while and offer it for sharing. Perfect for a small family and as a remote working base. Large deck and backyard with hot tub to enjoy the natural landscape. Off street parking, high security alarm system and exterior cameras keep you safe. We can arrange maid service if you'd like.
The space
This house was originally built in 1928 and completely restored in 2018. Features real hardwood floors throughout and tiled kitchen/ marble baths. Master suite includes a private bathroom that is entered through the walk-in closet. Second guest bathroom is just outside bedroom 2. Both baths have walk-in showers with luxurious shower panel systems. House features smart lighting for all fixtures that can be controlled by Alexa. Also features a stereo system with built in speakers in the ceilings. Both bedrooms, the office, and the living room have smart TVs with most apps already logged in. The office has a comfortable leather couch and large desk to work from, I leave my Mac display, hub, and second monitor for your use, and printer/scanner for your use.
Kitchen features gas stovetop and oven, microwave, and everything you need to cook. KitchenAid mixer, Blendtec blender, and Cuisinart food processor are at your disposal , along with a dishwasher. Also there is a Ninja coffee maker. If you have an EV you are free to charge with the ChargePoint home charger in the driveway.
Guest access
Front and Back doors have touch code, remote locking smart locks. Code will be provided at check-in. To lock the door when leaving, simply close the door and touch the padlock symbol on the bottom right of the keypad.
