The garage has been fully remodeled into a private, soundproofed apartment with no interior access to the main home—ensuring complete separation and privacy for both spaces. This detached unit is occupied by Luz, our trusted on-site manager, housekeeper, and all-around helper. Luz is a kind and respectful 60-year-old woman who assists both the owners and guests as needed. She has a daytime job and does not reside at the property full-time, but she is available to provide cleaning services during your stay or assist with any questions or requests upon arrangement.
