Picture yourself awakening every morning on the upper balcony, admiring lush tropical planting or spending time in the fully fenced backyard boasting a heated swimming pool, sun loungers and a BBQ grill. The fun continues indoors, where you can challenge friends and family to shuffleboard and watch the latest shows on the UHD TV amid comfortable furniture.

Other Things to Note:
Due to the family having bad pet allergies we charge for pet cleaning.
Pet is charged $175 per stay up to 2 weeks. Prior approval is required thus while booking it does show $0 but please reach out to us right away.

Outside Noise Curfew 10pm - 9am.
Miami has curfew rules for loud noises after 10pm.
Please do not be at the pool after 10pm as the neighbors will call the police and we as hosts get fined.
-Note, if the police comes and knocks on the door, we will charge you through the booking platform between $252 and $750 the next day. We get notices and fines and get shut down, so please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. Thank you so much for understanding. If you are inside the property with all windows and doors locked, it is much harder to hear outside, so you should be totally fine.

Upon request, we would be able to set the heated pool at your desired temperature* between October '23 and March '24. Please provide us with advanced notice to set this up for you.
Breakdown below:
- 7+ night reservation - free pool heat.
- 2+ night reservation - $50 per day * your # of days. (2 pools)
- 1 night reservation - $70 contact us with questions. (2 pools)
*Let us know if you need to pool heated in advance so we can start it up 2 days prior. Pool heat has to be purchased for the length of your reservation. [note this will start November '24, until March '25]

- This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.
- Per listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property.
- All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by Platform, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures
- We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Platform Direct Message (DM) system or my cell #. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property.
- Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.
- Note, this is pretty much everywhere in the state of Florida.
