Fantastic location and views from the 12th floor! ~

Updated and nicely furnished 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath on 12th floor, ocean view condo to enjoy vacations on the beach.

PLEASE READ: There is one time $20 fee ,at the front desk for a Fob to have access to the pool , beach and gym, and $10 a night valet parking fee if you have s car.
Gorgeous southeast ocean view from all rooms and open balcony. Queen size bed in the bedroom and pull out sofa bed (for child) in the living room. (Portable baby crib) Flat screen TV with Apple TV, Wi-Fi internet and electricity are included. Kitchen is fully equipped as well as toaster, coffee maker, microwave and all cooking and serving items.

We provide towels and sheets as well as beach towels and umbrella. (No paper towels are provided) Guests have access to the beach pool and gym in building. The beach is just steps away from the building .

1 parking space is provided for $10 per day or $150 per month. Per day arranged upon arrival with valet attendants. Pet deposit is required, $200 refundable if no damage was done.

Washer and dryer is located next to the main elevators. There is a card in the unit to add money, the machine is located in the lobby. Front desk can give more information.

Lots to do & See!!! condo looks over Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails beach club, walking distance from the Hollywood boardwalk, where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. 5 minutes from the popular Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Aventura Mall. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills outlet stores. 24 hour Superstore Wall Mart just across the bridge.

Please no smoking Inside the condo . You may smoke on balcony with balcony door closed and please make sure to not throw cigarette butts out the balcony. One time Cleaning fee $220. I am free to answer any questions anytime. I want to thank everyone for great reviews.

Excellent apartment with ocean view

Check-in process was quick and simple. Property manager was very cooperative when questions arose. The unit has all necessary furniture. Bed and sofa are comfortable to sleep. The kitchen's appliances are in good shape. Kitchen has all necessary for cooking and serving meals. Location - right on the beach, There is a good ocean view from the balcony.

Great place to stay

Pictures are just as they look. Very clean. 2 bathrooms was great and the shower was amazing. Also a huge fan of separate bedroom Incase someone is early riser or later to bed. The balcony has fabulous views if the beach and water. Great place to sit and have some wine or coffee. Great kitchen…has everything you need to cook plus oven, dishwasher and full refrigerator. The pool starts to get full sun around 9:30am and loses sun around 1:30pm. There are chairs in the closet to take to the beach. Also has beach towels. If we ever go back we will stay here for sure. Thank you so much for the great stay

condo as pictured, host responsive, beach crowded but it was Easter weekend. pool adequate (cannot see ocean from it) easy reception/check in. there was one fob that allowed access to the pool, beach, and the complex after 7 so with multiple guests could be inconvenient. valet parking was about $10/d and quick with unlimited ins and out's (there are no other parking options

We appreciated much this condo, except the matress. Almost everything we could need was there, except the umbrella and maybe newer patio fourniture. The view is fantastic. it was all clean. We would probably return ! Thank You !

Summer Beach Getaway

The apartment was well maintained and Madonna was very responsive with any questions. The beach unfortunately was full of seaweed, but this was happening all along the east cost of Florida this year and we really enjoyed the pool area. Some minor issues was the blinds to the balcony were damaged so they did not close properly and the dishwasher leaked some water (not much, we put a towel on the floor and it was fine). However the kitchen was great with a nice stove and good size refrigerator and the bathroom has an excellent shower.

A little tricky to find the first time . The rooms were very. Nice kitchen but it could use some dish cloths and towels, decent utensils, and dish washer soap. The tv was good but with few stations.but we didn’t go to watch tv. I really liked the valet personnel, they were great.

What a great place!

I was in town for a conference and paid less than half of what my coworkers paid for the hotel across the street! The owner left beach chairs and suntan lotion so I didn't have to rent anything to relax on the beach.

Great Location & Facility

This is the perfect place for a Florida getaway. The rental space is very large, clean, and in a great location. It has pool access & beach access & an ocean view. The whole facility is very clean and well taken care of. The host gave us great check-in instructions well in advance. I highly recommend staying at this rental!

The condo is very spacious, with comfy pull out couch and bed. The shower is a added treat!! Perfect place for romantic getaway. Only negative would be condo needs cooler for guests to use. Wamart and dollar store are close and fill any thing a person needs. Recommend a rental car to see the area.
