Large size Kitchen with Full Size Appliances; laundry closet with Washer and Dryer. Living area with a comfortable L shape sofa to relax watching HBO on the 60inc Smart TV or taking a nap as its a Queen size sleeping sofa. Dining room for 4 next to a floor to ceiling window looking at the Brickell City Center on 6th Street. Bedroom area features an elegant Queen size Bed with 2 night stand and a Walk In closet with build in drawers. Nice size Bathroom with shower-tub combo. Perfect!
Perfect space in the center of brickell. Have everything in a few steps away (literally everything). Parking is crossing the street, it is seen bad because it has valet parking but it is way better because the valet parking’s time. I would stay again no doubt.
