Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Disappointed and misrepresented

The property was obviously exceptional a few ago but it suffers from deferred maintenance and neglect. Old and worn furnishing are surrounded by overpainted bland walls. The listing states 6 tennis courts but fails to mention that they are in unplayable condition. Most of the staff were very friendly but their skill set centered around their ability to politely lower your expectations.

Well located, the only thing it didn't have enough silverware and glasses for us (even tough it said 6 people) only 5 glasses and plates. Still a good deal for what you pay

Total bait and switch...BEWARE!!!!

The online pictures for the room we booked were a far cry from reality. When I booked the room you see in the pictures I was immediately told that the room I booked was not available (red flag #1) and they had another 2 bed 2 bath with ocean view. I asked for pictures and was told "just look at my listing, they are there (red flag #2)." No link provided but I do not have time to chase it so I want with it. Location was on the boardwalk and beach but that was the only good thing. You could have one poo towel per person each day so if you used your and wanted a fresh one, no luck. The pool was freezing too. The room we had had pink mold in the bathroom While equipped with a kitchen, there was one small sauce pan and a strainer. Some plates, 4 small glasses, 3 coffee cups, silverware We were told that the room do not advertise full equipped kitchens and if we needed items we need to purchase them. Crazy!!!!. BEWARE!!!
