1 Hotel Luxe 1BR/1BA Balcony & Direct Ocean View

This is a private residence inside the 1 Hotel & Residences (not the Roney Palace). You have access to same amenities as hotel guests, except daily house keeping and room service. Our residences are larger than most hotel units and come furnished with the hotel's furniture package. Our rates are up to 60% off hotel's advertised rates.

The Space
You will be staying at a 1 bedroom and 1 bathrooms, 866 Sq Ft luxury residence with large, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Residence is located on the 9th floor, facing East with a beautiful Ocean view and looking over the pools. The residence comes fully furnished and equipped with the 1 Hotel furniture package, just like hotel rooms. King sized bed in the bedroom and comfortable queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom and living room each have their own Smart TV, Wifi and cable TV included. Private balcony with ocean views. Washer and dryer conveniently located inside the unit. Residence comes fully equipped with bed linens, towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies.

We can provide the following items/services, based on availability and for a fee. You must reserve it in advance.

Baby crib: $30/night
Pack & Play: $30/night
High Chair: $15/night
Housekeeping: $90/cleaning

Guests of the 1 Hotel Residences have access to all the hotel amenities and facilities just like a hotel guest with the exception of In Room Dinning Service and Daily Housekeeping (We offer housekeeping services for a fee of $90 per service. Must be requested ahead of time).
For your convenience, we can provide a baby's crib, pack n' play for $25/day. Baby's high chairs are $15/day.

Valet Parking is $60 + taxes per night and it comes with in and out privileges.

There is a $60 + taxes resort fee per night, charged at check-in, which entitles you to use all the hotel amenities and facilities just like a hotel guest. Amenities include 3 swimming pools (including the adult's only rooftop pool and bar), hot tub, free beach service with umbrellas, chairs and beach waitstaff for food and drink service, direct access to all hotel's restaurants and bars (Plnthouse, Watr at the 1 Rooftop, The Sandbox, Neighbors, Drift, and Habitat), Seedlings Kid's Club (at an additional charge), free access to the new state of the art, 14,000 sq ft Spartan Gym, Bamford Haybarn Spa, concierge services, free Tesla transportation within a 3 mile ratio from the hotel and much more.

Guest can move around Miami Beach using the free Audi E-Tron car, available on a first come first served basis, exclusively to the 1 Hotel Residence's guests (within a 3 mile ratio from the hotel, drop off only)

HOTEL RESORT FEE

There is a mandatory resort fee of $60 + Tax/Night per room, payable at check-in. The resort fee will grant you access to all amenities listed below. Also, Front desk will authorize your credit card for $200/day (up to 7 days), to cover for any incidentals and Misc charges.

Four swimming pools, hot tub, free beach service with umbrellas and chairs (first come first serve), hotel restaurants and bars, kid's club (for an additional fee), gym, spa, concierge services, free transportation on an Audi E-tron car, first come first served basis, within a 3 mile ratio from the hotel, drop off only.

Unless previously arranged, the resort fee charge will be deducted from the security deposit if it was not paid at check-in.

COVID-19 RULES AND REGULATIONS

Please note that you must comply with hotel Covid-19 rules and regulations, including but not limited to the use of masks, temperature checking, following social distance guidelines and walk paths if provided. Please note that no outside guests are allowed in the pool or units until further notice.

Fees or fines imposed by the Hotel for non-compliance of their Covid-19 rules, will be deducted from your security deposit.

Interaction with Guest
This is a privately owned unit inside the 1 Hotel and Homes. We are available everyday from 8am to 9pm for any questions or concerns. We are available 24/7 in case of emergencies.

Occupying the entire city block between 23rd and 24th St on famed Collins Avenue, the 1 Hotel & Homes offers a beachfront stay overlooking the blue Atlantic Ocean, with views of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami’s skyline. Walking distance to the best places in South Beach. Just a few blocks away from Lincoln Rd. CVS pharmacy right across the street.
