Great stay for great price, location is fantastic.Service very great and safety is good , area is near busy downtown and well connected.Had issues with very top two floors and internet but they accommodated me .Very great people and service.

A quiet location

Del Bosque hotel is in the near central area but quiet location. Staff are in the restaurant and main managers are good. The room comfort was in average level but there are two issues during my stayed. One was It is very difficult to communicate with reciept desk and Taxi Drivers. because there are not really many people can speak in English. And taxi drivers are always over charge taxi fees. .good experience.

Nice, well located old hotel

The hotel accuses better years. Everything is in its place but everything seems old and used. Rooms are quite small and just confortable enough to sleep. Clean sheets, clean bathroom. Everything is clean.... but old. Price is affordable and is a good choice for expensive places in Reforma, as is only 4 blocks away from Angel Rotunda.

Good value mid-size hotel

A good business hotel nearby some important business locations (e.g. PEMEX), right by a major traffic artery. Not very luxurious, but adequate, with a boutique flair and excellent room service. Very good value if one doesn't need full US/European 4-star feel & amenities (such as gym/spa, coffee maker etc.).

Made a reservation for two adults, double bed. When we checked-in, we were told that there were no rooms with double beds and that there only single beds. Also, they didn't take credit cards as payment.
