Nice building in the heart of Progresso

Nice new property, very clean, good security, great AC, cool pool. nice roof top kitchen and grille. Dirty streets but that's Mexico. Safe area, we walked around comfortably at night, seen alot of Expats.

Progreso Condo

When we first entered condo it was hot and smelled moldy. We turned A.C. on and opened windows to air out condo. Owner should have A.C. on before guest arrive. Had some plumbing issues during our stay. Overall for the month of Jan 2024 while we were there we enjoyed the accommodations and the location for its proximity to downtown Progreso. The condo rent is over priced.
