Not a place for families

place was dated, not super clean. if you have a family with kids this is not the place. mostly retiree's. not much for kids to do and the pool closes at dusk.

Location was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do, the property and residence was perfectly managed and equiped with everything we needed. The biggest bonus was the sunsets!!

Relaxing at it's best

Place is exactly as advertised. Communication with owner was a solid 10. Kitchen very well stocked which is a big deal when you have 4 non stop eating boys. Having a boat slip with easy access...wonderful. Pool and grounds were nice. Having a washer and dryer in unit very helpful. Enjoying sunsets on patio also a 10! Needless to say, we very much enjoyed our week there and will be back!

Perfect Vacay Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location was perfect and watching the sunset off of the back porch was one of my favorite perks. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Beautiful house that gives great sunset views. The pool is very close and heated. Assigned boat slip with power (make sure to bring adapter its a 30 amp shore power outlet) and water. Assigned parking spot by the unit and plenty of parking for your second car by the amenities center. There is no trailer parking on property but there is an elks lodge right outside the gate that charges $20 a day(cash only) Conveniently located right by Vaca Cut. 7 mile bridge is a 10 min boat ride. They HOA recently changed their policy on the ice maker, so it is only for owners now-only draw back I found. House was big enough for our family of 5 and in-laws

Everything was perfect for a boating family. Perfect location, easy in and out, and Katia was amazing the entire time. House was perfectly outfitted and the unit is in the perfect spot. Will be booking again. Can’t wait till next time. Just wish there was a commercial size ice machine for people to use is the only thing I would add and be willing to pay for to use.

Slice of Heaven

We had a fantastic week's stay in Indigo Reef and this property. The proprety was just as the pictures showed. Very cozy and spacious. Great views. Pool was a welcome relief after busy and hot days. Perfect having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Location is tucked away from main street. Marathon is central to Key West and Miami, as well as other Keys. The owner/mgt resonded quickly, as needed. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Such an incredible stay!

Our family had visited Marathon numerous times and it never disappoints and the stay at this home was ho exception! Everything from the home, the property, the beautiful sunsets, and the great proximity to so much all added to such an incredible family week of fun and making memories! The Keys are one of our favorite getaways and we hope to certainly be back to this beautiful home. Thank you!

Just what our family needed!

Our family had the best time!! The location, pool, dock, grounds and condo were all exactly what we needed. We utilized the pool as much as we could, which was never super crowded. We fished from the dock almost every day. The sunsets were absolutely amazing!!! Some nights they didn't even look real. We plan to return!!

Fabulous

we had a wonderful stay. The proximity to everything made it very easy to go to restaurants and the beach and local attractions. Especially the pool. The whole Indigo Reef was clean and inviting. We will be back.

Perfection

This was our second stay at Indigo Reef and I can’t recommend it enough! The house was stocked with everything we needed. Beach towels provided which was nice for the pool. Everything was sparkling clean and the check in process was easy as could be!

Nicely furnished and decorated. Great fishing from the dock. Location close to everything in marathon. Would be great if there was a fishing and a bucket for use. We had a great stay! Highly recommend

Awesome place but…

This was an amazing town home. It was tastefully decorated with beach decor, cozy and in a great environment by the water. The only regret was not being told about the reconstruction of the dock where hammering, drilling and sawing started at 7 am every day of our vacation.

A beautiful slice of paradise

Such a beautiful townhome in a pristine and gorgeous community. Perfect for relaxing and having quality family time. Ruth and Manny have stocked their townhome with everything you need to move in and feel like you are “home”. Only downside was we had to leave😀
