With a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and living space, you'll never have to leave the Sunset Village Villa 5004 to enjoy the perfect Florida Keys vacation.
Please note that slip space is not included. Grassy Key Marina is located just 2.2 miles from Duck Key for launching your boat, trailer parking, wet slips, fishing pole rentals, and live or frozen bait. Additional costs apply.
Although our rental homes are located at Hawks Cay, the Village at Hawks Cay Villas & Duck Key Condos by KeysCaribbean are not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Our guests do not have access to hotel-owned amenities. Duck Key amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, Calm Waters Spa and Fitness Center (available to spa patrons), Dolphin Connection, tennis, private cruises, fishing charters, and boat rentals. There are a variety of water sports equipment rentals and charters available at Solé Watersports which operates out of Hawks Cay Marina. Beautiful endless summer vibes!
Everything was super easy and manageable. Private pool was the best! Snacks and treats were there to greet us along with towel sculptures in the bedrooms. Surrounding area was clean and well maintained. Hawks Cay staff across the street was very nice and knowledgeable. The beautiful clear water and blue skies made for amazing coffee mornings in the screened lanai. Definitely a do again!

What a great place! We especially loved the pool and the porch. Great location on the Keys, just over an hour to Key West, less than an hour to Key Largo and minutes from Marathon. The home was very decorated with lovely items, every time you turn a corner, there's something else to look at!
