Located in a very friendly and quiet neighborhood, this simple yet comfortable home can be yours to enjoy for a period of time. Great view of the mountains and close to hiking trails. Large yard with a trampoline and basketball hoop. It is close to the MTC/BYU/Provo (20 min), grocery shopping, mall, public swimming pool, and reservoir with sand beach. A one-hour drive to the airport and Temple Square. Many opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, rapelling and canyoneering. Great festivals and rodeos nearby in the summer.

lovely, commodious home

My son and I stayed here and had a lovely time. The house is beautiful and roomy, and the yard is lovely as well. The only drawback was not much hot water-probably just a thermostat issue. We would happily return!
