Nestled in the Foothills, with a view across the valley. This home is a 1/2 mile off Hwy 34, which can wisk you quickly up to hiking, art festivals, and shopping in Estas, and RMNP, or into downtown Loveland for music, food, and fun. 30 minutes from CSU, 5-10 minutes to a grocery, but feels like you are perched quietly in your own little oasis. Bring your friends, family, fur babies... we got you, and places for you to park!

This large home is a split level. Which includes the main level and top floor (this portion of the house is not very handy cap accessible but the bottom portion of it is. Private enterance, remodeled kitchen and bath. Walkout to patio/yard with beautiful grilling/eating space front and back.

Whether you are looking for a long weekend, or are interested in multiple months, we want to support you.

Wonderful property - made the best of bad circumstances

We booked this property for 3 nights with our 4 children. The property was lovely and located in a convenient place for us. While we were there, a large forest fire broke out and the property was in the mandatory evacuation zone. That of course threw a big wrinkle in everything. But I must say the property manager and VRBO did a great job in trying to navigate through the situation.

Raquel was super easy to work with and was very accommodating. I will say one of the rooms didn’t have much of a mattress so that was unfortunate. However, overall, we had a great experience.

Close to Rocky Mountain National Park

Stayed 2 nights and 2 days. We chose this home as it was close to Rocky Mountain National Park and it was reasonably priced. Kitchen was clean and nice, although the dishwasher did not work. Bathrooms were clean and nice, although the toilets were difficult to flush, very sluggish. Beds were very comfortable, however don’t plan on sleeping in as the neighbors dogs and rooster were very noisy early morning. Also the whole house air conditioner/ forced air was very loud. Washer and dryer worked, however the dryer made a crazy noise when starting. Property was easy to find and close to all amenities in Loveland and a 1 hour drive from bear Lake parking at Rocky Mountain Park. It worked for our family of 8 for what we needed with reasonable comfort.

3 nights May 2023 PROS: -Friendly host -Nice scenery -Nice living room gathering space -2 bathrooms (instead of one listed) -Host washed dishes, linens, towels -Linens in closet CONS: -No window coverings on almost all the windows including bathroom & the main bedroom facing street -Does not comfortably sleep 8 adults. King bed is firm but acceptable. Queen is soft. The remaining extremely-firm queen bed, a child’s room daybed with sides, and couch/ottoman greatly reduced sleeping options. -No coffee machine or Keurig (not a listed amenity, but I was still surprised by its absence) -No hairdryer (listed amenity) -8 dogs line driveway and bark frequently -Backyard clutter It is preferable to receive rental information at least a day before a stay. Ours was received after we contacted the host a few hours before our arrival. She informed us we were double-booked, and that the site was giving her trouble. The property was still being cleaned upon arrival; the missing key for front door was received 45 mins. later. **IMPORTANT: Front door will not lock with key unless handle is lifted up while closing. For future guests, I recommend the host leaves an information sheet with Wi-Fi password, check-out procedure, and other helpful info (like how to lock the front door). We had to inquire about the checkout procedure, and we never did learn the wi-fi password. This property has a beautiful location; it could be a great rental one day if the issues are addressed.
