Located in 100 year old quiet neighborhood, Enjoy 2300 sq feet, 3 bedroom with extra in finished basement. With 4 queen beds and 3 bathrooms featuring amenities like a bidet and jetted bathtub, you will enjoy a legit holiday. This lovely property also includes a full laundry with unscented detergent, OxiClean, and bleach provided. AC, WiFi, and smart TV (bring your passwords) for your entertainment. The large front room welcomes you to an open area to relax. The kitchen is a Chef's Dream, 8 burner stove, fully equipped kitchen for 3 meals a day, seating for 8 at the main table and 4 at the bar; relax on the sofa in the kitchen between courses. The 1st floor TV room is super cozey, leather wrap around sofa, layed back leather electric recliner, and blankets to keep you warm while you doze. Basement has foosball table and air hockey because they are fun:-) Also 2 queen 6" memory foam mattresses with complete linen and blanket sets. All 3 bathrooms have custom tile work with soap/shampoo, and complete towels and washcloths. Driveway parking for one car, plenty of on street parking for others. All beds are made with 500tpi Egyptian Cotton sheets, soft comforter, blanket, and 4+ pillows. Sorry, no pets at this time.
